Quick Dispatch
We process and ship orders fast. Check your order confirmation email for the most current dispatch timeline and tracking information.
Tracked & Secure
Every order is tracked from our warehouse to your door. We partner with trusted carriers who understand that when something finally fits right, it needs to arrive safely.
No Surprise Fees (EU & US)
We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the EU and US — meaning all import duties and taxes are included at checkout. What you see is what you pay. Due to recent US trade policy changes, duties now unfortunately apply to all US orders, but we calculate and include these in your total upfront. We have tried to keep US prices as low as possible to help offset this. Please note: duties paid are non-refundable.
Shipping to Other Countries
For destinations outside the EU and US, you may be responsible for local import duties and taxes upon delivery. These vary by country and are not included in your checkout total.
Royal Mail Safe Place (UK)
Royal Mail now automatically opts all deliveries into their Safe Place service. If you'd prefer your parcel not be left in a safe place, download the Royal Mail app and opt out. You can also choose your preferred safe place through the app.
