Returns
At VONTEUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the date you received your order
- Item must be in brand new condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@vonteux.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team
Important: Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us at hello@vonteux.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@vonteux.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Pre-Sale Orders
For pre-sale orders, the 30-day return window begins from the date you receive your item, not from the date of purchase. All other return policy terms apply.
Your Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have certain legal rights including the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For more information about your statutory rights, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
