Shipping Information

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT ship same day (Monday–Friday). Orders after 2pm ship the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

You'll receive two emails: one confirming your order, and another when it ships with tracking details.

Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days via DPD, FedEx, or Royal Mail Tracked 24
International Delivery: Varies by destination (see rates table above)

In rare cases, delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your express delivery is late due to courier failure, we'll refund the express shipping charge.

Customs & Import Duties

For EU & US Orders:
All import duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid at checkout (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). No surprise charges when your order arrives. These charges are non-refundable.

Due to recent US trade policy changes, all US orders unfortunately now incur duties — but we handle this upfront so you know exactly what you're paying.

We're actively working on long-term solutions to reduce these costs.

For All Other Countries:
Orders outside the UK, EU, and US may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees determined by your local customs authority. You are responsible for these charges. We provide all necessary customs paperwork, but we cannot control clearance times or fees imposed by your country.

If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or incorrect delivery details you provided, you'll be responsible for redelivery costs.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not home when your order arrives, the carrier will leave instructions via card, email, or text on how to reschedule delivery or collect from a local depot or collection point.

Please collect or reschedule within 7-14 days (depending on carrier) or your parcel will be returned to us.

Royal Mail Safe Place (UK): Royal Mail automatically opts deliveries into their Safe Place service. To opt out or choose a preferred safe place, download the Royal Mail app.
